This Karaja runner was handwoven at the end of the 20th century.
It features a pattern of alternating geometric shapes and hooked lozenges on a brownish-red ground. The ivory-hooked lozenges have a little more of an extra curl here giving it some distinct personality. Blues, purple, charcoal, gold, pink, and ivory complete the palette. In a rare narrow and short runner format.
In excellent condition, with full pile and minimal signs of wear, great for high-traffic areas.
